Australian shares are poised to open lower for the fourth consecutive day, despite US equities resetting a record high in their previous session.
Futures were little changed after a wave of corporate results from ANZ, Telstra and Wesfarmers, among others, were announced. ASX futures fell 0.5 per cent, or 38 points.
