Australian shares are set to edge higher as investors take stock of mounting speculation US President Donald Trump is reconsidering the 145 per cent tariff rate on China.
ASX futures were pointing 0.2 per cent, or 13 points higher, predicting a cautious advance for the S&P/ASX 200 Index after Wall Street’s rally.
