Climate investors bet on $40m home electrification start-up

Ecotone Partners’ The Planet Fund, a climate-focused fund backed by Robyn Denholm’s Wollemi Capital and the Milgrom’s family office, has bet on a start-up that is seeking to electrify Australian households.

The Planet Fund has put up half of Electric Futures’ $10 million debt and equity raise, in a funding round that valued the company at $40 million on a pre-money basis.
