Santos names Lachlan Harris CFO after shake-up in top ranks

Santos has named its acting chief financial officer, Lachlan Harris, to the permanent position, closing out the shake-up in the top ranks caused by the abrupt departure of Sherry Duhe in October.

Harris, who joined Australia’s second-largest listed oil and gas producer from KPMG in 2010, was deputy to Duhe, who resigned after a clash with chief executive Kevin Gallagher over leadership styles and company culture.
