Recycling and renewable energy projects investor Infragreen Group, led by former Macquarie banker Declan Sherman and backed by furniture billionaire John Van Lieshout, is seeking to list on the ASX just two years after it opened for business.
Street Talk can reveal Infragreen’s bankers, Barrenjoey and Morgans, have mailed out a term sheet for its IPO to raise $40 million, the bulk of which would be used to clear debts of $30.3 million.
It wants to start trading on the ASX with a $220 million market capitalisation on June 25. There’s about $29.3 million net debt, bringing the enterprise valuation to $249.3 million.
