Crypto markets ‘will reach an all-time high’ this year, says Ripple CEO

• The cryptocurrency market is set to reach all-time highs this year, according to Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of blockchain company Ripple.
• Garlinghouse said that interest in crypto from large financial institutions is not priced into the market as much as he would have expected.
• Crypto is “settling into a really nice opportunity to grow for the next 10 years,” Garlinghouse told CNBC.

Cryptocurrency markets will reach all-time highs this year, the CEO of one of the largest companies in the sector has told CNBC.

“I’m very bullish, and yes, I’ll go on record as saying, I think we’ll see an all-time high,” Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse told CNBC when asked about the performance of cryptocurrency this year.
