Project Constellation: AGL Energy ready for round two on renewables

AGL Energy is looking to sell majority stakes in wind farms totalling 1.7 gigawatts to private capital, Street Talk can reveal.

The country’s second-largest gentailer has put up for sale the 831-megawatt Pottinger wind farm and battery in South Australia, the 600-megawatt Hexham wind farm in Victoria, and the 304-megawatt Barn Hill wind farm, according to a sell-side presentation, dubbed Project Constellation, in front of prospective backers.
