There are good reasons to be a market bull, starting with the dollar

Markets keep climbing a wall of worry, even as more pundits reach for the bubble narrative, but that misses the bigger picture. Liquidity is already improving and the next phase of easing may not need to come from the US Federal Reserve at all.

The more important policy signals are coming from the US Treasury, bank regulation, the plumbing of the money markets and the US dollar.
