Investing in a data centre should not be debated solely as “real estate” or “infrastructure”, but rather how it can improve the portfolio.

Every few years, markets tend to anoint a hot new trend, and this season is all about the total portfolio approach. But before we get carried away, let’s remember crop tops and vinyl records were once declared cutting-edge, too.
